The individual development opportunities we offer our employees from Junior Professional to Director are created in cooperation with his/her supervisor and personal coach. We develop tailored training and education programs for our employees based on periodic employee interviews.
The focal points of such customized training and further education programs pertain to competency areas such as personal skills, professional and methodical competencies, result orientation/quality management, customer management, leadership and corporate development.
