Junior Professional
A Junior Professional is a team member and supports the tasks and goals of the team with the work he or she does. He/she completes his/her assignments within a defined frame of reference - independently and reliably. He or she is responsible for the quality of the results and for compliance with deadlines. Junior Professionals approach work in an analytic and structured manner. Professionally, they grow into a certain direction. Thanks to his/her open approach; the Junior Professional easily integrates into the existing team and makes adequate contributions to workshops and presentations. This is a typical entry-level position. The outstanding characteristics of a Junior Professional are good professional knowledge as well as deep commitment, willingness to learn and a thirst for knowledge with the goal of advancing himself or herself personally and professionally A Junior Professional addresses any existing difficulties or problems and embraces any feedback received concerning his or her performance and conduct.
Experiences and formal qualifications:
A Junior Professional should have completed commercial or similar apprenticeship. Having graduated from a respective college or university is preferred. Anyone interested in this position has to have business and IT know-how.
