How long have you been working at itelligence?
I have been with Itelligence for about 2.5 years.
In which business area are you working?
I am part of the Consulting division and work in the MM/WM areas.
What have been your highlights and personal challenges at itelligence until now?
I started off with the Support Advantage team and learned a lot by just being part of a great group. One of my personal achievements was moving from a trainee to a functional consultant in 7 months. One of my greatest challenges was to learn the business processes related to the MM module. I was able to do this with the help of  APICS certifications, SAP training classes and from the experiences of my peers. Being a part of an implementation team which is customer focused throws up situations I have never been in before. It’s these every day challenges that motivates me to be a trusted consultant. 
Why would you recommend itelligence as an employer?
I started as a Junior Consultant.  itelligence has a great process in place to groom someone just getting a foot hold in the SAP industry. Experienced consultants are always willing to share their knowledge with you so you can learn from their experiences. I was also given ample opportunities to attend training classes, pursue certifications and learn by supporting senior consultants on projects. I would highly recommend itelligence to someone just starting their career in SAP.
