What have been your highlights and personal challenges at itelligence until now?
It has been exciting to be a part of the tremendous growth at itelligence, especially in Support Advantage, over the past 6 years.  We have a unique working environment whereby the majority of our Support Advantage team members sit side-by-side at our US headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.  It is a privilege to work with this extremely talented group of people on a daily basis.  We provide remote support to an ever-growing number of clients, clients with whom we build long-term relationships.  It has been very rewarding to build personal relationships with our clients and watch them grow.
Why would you recommend itelligence as an employer?
