Specifically, this webcast will include Art's insights on different types of kaizen activities and how they all link together to support the overall production system. Examples will include manpower related kaizen, machine related kaizen, and material flow related kaizen activities. Despite being different in terms of focal point, each of these areas is linked in terms of basic thinking patterns and structuring of information. Art will describe this A3 Thinking pattern, how it is used in employee development, and how it supports the overall production system at Toyota.
