When our clients log problem messages in SAP support systems (i.e. Service Marketplace), the messages arrive in our queue. 24-hour support for system outages and mission critical issues.
New release upgrades kits, version upgrade kits, SAP software correction levels (“support packages”) and product patches.
Access to SAP support systems via SAPNet-R/3 Front-End database, SAP Service Marketplace and Solution Manager.
1 GoingLive session or 2 EarlyWatch sessions per year
